Diversity & Storytelling

2011-10-02 15.38.52 Story is as old as man. It is how we share information with one another and how we relate to one another.

Sharon Ewell Foster is an accomplished storyteller and trainer. She uses her gift of storytelling not only as a writer, but also as a tool for accomplishing goals and strengthening workplace relationships. Storytelling can be used to enhance corporate identity, improve workplace interpersonal relationships, and is particularly suited to improving respect for diversity.

Her knowledge of the government, corporate, and nonprofit work environments, and her experience in training and faculty development, in addition to her proven craft as a writer and storyteller, makes for an interactive presentation or workshop that will keep participants engaged. She shares storytelling techniques to help participants tell their own stories—corporate and individual—and then shares strategies to help them use storytelling in the workplace.

Workplace storytelling is suited for corporate and educational settings, and can be tailored for faith-based organizations seeking to explore or enhance reconciliation.

Ms. Foster is also available to consult and teach reconciliation workshops based on one or more of her novels.
